The Daily Breath - February 19, 2022

February 19, 2022

Saturday

We’re still here.  Olympics almost over. We finally figured out how to remove the narrating voice that was obliterating the music as well as Tara and Johnny’s commentary during the figure skating.  Mark figured it out. A little late in the day, but I was grateful!

I wish I could say that Putin is almost over, but who knows what he’s going to do.  At least Biden sent Kamala out into the world so we could see and hear her at last!

I’ve been worried about her, but she is looking and sounding good.

Of course, of all the other major events taking place, the most compelling news is more and more focused on one person and that one person’s family. Guess who? Clue:  It rhymes with rump.

We did go for a nice walk to clear our mind and refresh our spirit; the weather was  wonderful: 72 and no breeze to speak of.  And I did get out into the yard and finished reconstructing my “backstage” area so it looks pleasant again.

AND I sprinkled salt and vinegar on the green growth turning to weeds on the rocks next to the driveway.  I think it might work!  I bought some more salt and vinegar.  Cheaper than paying someone to poison us with Round-Up!

Hoping for good news!
